3.75/5 ★★★☆☆ One goal of 2019 is to read more manga so i had to start this one before watching the anime and holy moly: i am hooked. i miss the vampire hype so i'm really intrigued to keep reading this series. i love when everything starts with a tragedy, yeah you read correctly i'm a angst lover so i can't wait to see where the journey goes. our main character is on a revenge mission and THAT ENDING i have a GAY VIBE ABOUT YUU AND MIKA but i have a gay vibe about everything so don't take me tooA pretty good vampire series so far as we meet Yuichiro Hyakuya, a young man whos persistent on his goal to rid the world of vampires🧛♀🧛, who have reigned the planet and responsible for a childhood trauma. However, he must learn to work as a team when he joins the Vampire Extermination Unit, for better or worse. While still light on vampires at start, it delivers plenty of drama and character interaction, including a shocking surprise. A- (91%/Excellent)
this book just flawless. I'm not a fans of manga but this book have got me loving it.
The world is a promising one, where a virus has killed off most of the adult population and vampires kidnapped a bunch of kids in the aftermath. Our lead is one of those kids, who now wants nothing more than to kill every vampire ever. That's enough to keep me going into the next volume. What provides hesitation is that the tropes are so thick they stumble over themselves. Our male lead is an idiot loner. The female lead says crap like "You don't possess one iota of cooperative spirit," as if
Seraph of the End could best be described as a guilt pleasure. It has a few nigh-fatal flaws, but it can be enjoyable if you can look past its flaws. It has clean, attractive art and character designs. It's quickly paced, so the more annoying segments don't linger for too long. The action scenes are well staged and some of Seraph's greatest strengths. Oh, and it's got really cool weapons. I'm a sucker for cool weapons. Like, seriously, check out this scythe!I think this scythe is my second
Oh, I really like the story and the artwork and the characters (I really like Yu And Yoichi.).I like the setting and how everything came to be. That we got slowly introduced into this world and its characters. The ending? OMG.
