Narration During Books The Ghost of Graylock
Does an abandoned asylum hold the key to a frightful haunting?Everyone's heard the stories about Graylock Hall.
It was meant to be a place of healing - a hospital where children and teenagers with mental disorders would be cared for and perhaps even cured. But something went wrong. Several young patients died under mysterious circumstances. Eventually, the hospital was shut down, the building abandoned and left to rot deep in the woods.
As the new kid in town, Neil Cady wants to see Graylock for himself. Especially since rumor has it that the building is haunted. He's got fresh batteries in his flashlight, a camera to document the adventure, and a new best friend watching his back.
Neil might think he's prepared for what he'll find in the dark and decrepit asylum. But he's certainly not prepared for what follows him home. . . .
Scary, suspenseful, and surprising, Dan Poblocki's latest ghost story will keep you turning pages deep into the dead of night.

If you want a mystery and a horror story, I recommend reading this book. There's many plot twists and loopholes. It was so CREEPYOriginally reviewed on Books Take You Places.I was lucky enough to be gifted this book by my very dear friend Brittany for our All Hallows Read book swap and I know she struggled in finding me a novel with the proper amount of horror. I have a very high threshold, you see, and she wanted to make sure that I was properly scared! I am happy to say that this book was just right for me, it has just the right amount of thrill that kept me glued to its pages. The characters in The Ghost of Graylock
*shudder* A little creepy (for my taste, which is strictly no ghosts and no strange apparitions), but delightfully frightening! However, I believe the characters could be fleshed out more.

Holy cow, I loved this book. It made me kind of mad, because it's exactly the kind of book I want to write...but then I can't really be mad, because I loved it so much. I originally picked it up because of the abandoned insane asylum setting. To add to the creepiness, it's an abandoned insane asylum IN THE WOODS. On an island. Surrounded by a moat. That is so up my alley, and it totally didn't disappoint. Does anyone know the director James Wan? He directed the first Saw movie, as well as
In this book there are four main characters (Bree, Wesley, Eric, and Neil) who go to an old hospital that was once filled with mentally disordered teenagers. They have heard many rumors and scary stories about this hospital and wanted to check it out for their own eyes. After exploring the halls and rooms of Graylock; they started to get this feeling that something was following them; as if they were being haunted.I really like this book because of the suspense it gives you and the pictures it
