I was given this book to read for work. Its premise is that the mindset and principles used by U.S. Navy Seals can be implemented to improve any leadership team. The voyeuristic part of me found the look into the brave and rigorous world of these men compelling. The stories are fascinating and the men themselves, the epitome of heroism. In that regard, it should be required reading for anyone looking to take back their life and accomplish their mission. Reading this has been an honor and a privilege. To get it direct from some of the best trained warriors in the world this book is solid gold. Bravo!

This is the best book I read this year. By miles. It is one of those books that really makes you introspect and makes you realise you can be a better version of yourself. You can also transform your workplace in a much better place.
