Ilustration Supposing Books Promise Me (Myron Bolitar #8)
The school year is almost over. In these last pressure cooker months of high school, some kids will make the all too common and all too dangerous mistake of drinking and driving. But Myron is determined to help keep his friends’ children safe, and so he makes two neighborhood girls promise him that if they are ever in a bind but are afraid to call their parents, they will call him. Several nights later, the call comes at two a.m. The next day, a girl is missing, and Myron is the last person who saw her. Desperate to fulfill a well-intentioned promise turned horribly wrong, Myron races to find her before she’s gone forever.Itemize Books As Promise Me (Myron Bolitar #8)

Myron and I have not been acquainted for quite some time. I am glad I remedied this. Myron is back after a six year hiatus, and back with a vengeance is he. Myron has promised a close friends daughter to call him, day or night, if she ever needs help, trying to discourage drink driving. This back fires after she does call for help, and after dropping her off to an unknown location, she disappears.Snappy, witty and clever writing, Harlan Coben never ceases to disappoint. Throw in the hilarious
For full review - The Limit of Books Does Not ExistI was worried that the Myron Bolitar series would start going downhill after the 5th novel. Even though I thought it was looking that way, Cobens 8th novel of the series turns things around and I really enjoyed it.Myron Bolitar is quite the character all of his own. He was going towards a career in the NBA, when a knee injury took him out before he could play his first NBA game. He switched gears and became a sports agent and later goes on
I've been reading Harlan Coben for the last year or so but most recently started on his Myron series, in order. That being said, this is one of his most intriguing in the series and a damn good mystery with, of course, an unpredictable twist. Sure, it has the Coben plot-holes and makes you think "eh, I guess that IS plausible" at certain parts, but Mr. Coben has this unwavering ability to surprise you, even if you think you have all of the answers. Recommended? Absolutely, if you're in the mood
Two-haiku review:Teen girl is missingMyron last one who saw herCan he bring her home?Teen years are tough timesReally liking this seriesThere is always depth
No idea how this book found its way into my possession and after owning it years, glad to give it a read. Coben has always been my go-to author for a good, satisfying thriller. My problem was since I haven't read any of the Myron Bolitar books, and this was number 8, I wasn't familiar with many of the characters or his background. Not the book's fault and have to say I love the Win character. There needs to be a book just for him!
Another winner in the entertaining Myron Bolitar series! Filled with laughs, thrills, and suspense, everything you'd want from Mr. Coben! It had been 6 years since legendary Sports Agent Myron Bolitar had played superhero, fired a gun, solved dark mysteries, or called his friend Win to get him out of trouble. But that's all about to change, when Myron befriends 2 High School Seniors about to graduate and move on to College, who encourages to not get into a vehicle with a stranger or a drunk
