Rendition During Books After You (Me Before You #2)

From the New York Times bestselling author of The Giver of Stars, discover the love story that captured over 20 million hearts in Me Before You, After You, and Still Me. “You’re going to feel uncomfortable in your new world for a bit. But I hope you feel a bit exhilarated too. Live boldly. Push yourself. Don’t settle. Just live well. Just live. Love, Will.” How do you move on after losing the person you loved? How do you build a life worth living? Louisa Clark is no longer just an ordinary girl living an ordinary life. After the transformative six months spent with Will Traynor, she is struggling without him. When an extraordinary accident forces Lou to return home to her family, she can’t help but feel she’s right back where she started. Her body heals, but Lou herself knows that she needs to be kick-started back to life. Which is how she ends up in a church basement with the members of the Moving On support group, who share insights, laughter, frustrations, and terrible cookies. They will also lead her to the strong, capable Sam Fielding—the paramedic, whose business is life and death, and the one man who might be able to understand her. Then a figure from Will’s past appears and hijacks all her plans, propelling her into a very different future. . . . For Lou Clark, life after Will Traynor means learning to fall in love again, with all the risks that brings. But here Jojo Moyes gives us two families, as real as our own, whose joys and sorrows will touch you deeply, and where both changes and surprises await.

Comment On Out Of Books After You (Me Before You #2)
You are going to feel uncomfortable in your new world for a bit. It always does feel strange to be knocked out of your comfort zone There is hunger in you, Clark. You just buried it, like most people do. ~Will...Nothing short of beautiful! An emotionally charged story about healing and learning to believe in yourself after a painful loss. I am in love with this story! After You was definitely my most anticipated releases for 2015, and it absolutely didnt disappoint one bit! I fell in love with Me

3 Moving on ★'s Youre going to feel uncomfortable in your new world for a bit. It always does feel strange to be knocked out of your comfort zone . . . There is a hunger in you, Clark. A fearlessness. You just buried it, like most people do. Just live well. Just live.Sadly "After You" was just well... It was an okay read! I was initially very excited about reading this because I completely adored Me Before You. But it was severely lacking :( It was really quite boring, with a few funny bits

Jojo Moyes has written at the beginning of this book that she doesn't want anyone writing a review to spoil what happens in Me Before you, the first book in the series. And, I fully understand that. So that left me with a choice to either write a review that more or less didn't bring up anything that happens in this book that could spoil the first book or spoiler tag the whole review. I have chosen to write a review that doesn't spoil the book.First of all, do I want to say that you need to read

***If you have not read Me Before You, please note that there are spoilers for the end of that book in this review. ***I have seen a lot of negative reviews for this book, most of which compare it to Me Before You. I get it. Me Before You was amazing. I fell in love with the characters too. This book, however, is not Me Before You. So many people loved Lou from Me Before You and wanted to know what happened to her after the book ended. Then, when they are given a book that tells them what

O...M...G!!! *o* This is really happening!I just hope my heart survives it for the 2nd time...

I finished this novel last night... and I can't even... I can't even bring myself to write a review yet. I am HORRIFIED by what I've just read. Just so I'm clear: I was NOT opposed to Jojo Moyes writing a sequel to Me Before You. As one of my GR friends so astutely pointed out, the sequel should have been "about Louisa's life afterwards, not constant harping on about Will's past." If it had been done right, the author could have written a beautiful & inspirational novel about Louisa's

Review after the read3 - Because I love Jojo Moyes - StarsI'm sorry, I'm very sorry to say that I would've preferred that this book was never born. I'll try to forget. For me Lou & Will's story ended with the last page of Me before you. I don't think we needed a new story.I'm not saying this is bad, it's Jojo - it can't, but it just kind of ruined part of what I imagined for Lou after the end of the first book. And every single time I read Will's name in this my heart skipped a beat, and I
